1. Scope of Services

AdminCore Training Ltd ("we", "our", "us") provides intensive, hands-on systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity training. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, consultation services, and enrollment in our training cohorts.

2. Service Description

Our training consists of live, misconfigured lab environments designed to simulate enterprise IT infrastructure. We do not provide academic degrees or guarantee employment upon completion. We provide practical skill assessments and technical mentorship.

3. User Obligations

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the admissions process.
• Use our lab environments strictly for educational purposes.
• Not attempt to breach, disrupt, or attack any infrastructure outside the designated scope of your assigned lab environment.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary training materials provided to you.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, curriculum designs, lab architectures, scripts, and materials provided by AdminCore Training Ltd remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly share our training materials without explicit written permission.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms for specific cohorts will be provided during the admissions process. Unless otherwise stated in a specific enrollment agreement, deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the training cohort.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdminCore Training Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our services.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the training will meet your specific requirements or that the lab environments will be uninterrupted or error-free (beyond the intentional misconfigurations designed for training).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our training programs immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
